Order & shipping
Delivery charges vary by weight and are specified during your order. For France, we offer free delivery for purchases over €200. We also deliver to several countries. For any purchase outside of France, please select "International Delivery".
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (if you can't find it, check your spam). First and foremost, remember to track your parcel using this link.
If the maximum announced delivery date has passed, check your emails for any updates from us. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us at contact@maison-robin.fr, providing your order number, and we will give you the latest information on your order.
We pay great attention to the quality of our clothing, but if, despite our checks, your product has a defect, please send us clear photos at contact@maison-robin.fr.
Returns
Contact us at contact@maison-robin.fr, providing your order number and, if possible, photos of the item(s). We will send you detailed instructions on how to return your product.
Yes, if you have a size issue, you have 7 days from receipt of your order to return an item if it does not suit you. It must be in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with its tags. We do not accept returns of personalized products.
Personalized items (embroidery or screen printing) cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Except for returns of defective products, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
